Manny Madrigal did an excellent job leading me through the car buying process. We love the CR-V Honda EX --The new sonic gray pearl is beautiful. Manny explained the processes and seemed genuinely determined to make me comfortable and satisfied with the car buying experience. I had contact with through the internet initially. I found this service helpful. They were very speedy getting back to me when I would contact them. I must say it put more pressure on me to keep in steady contact in order see when the car I had seen in transit would arrive. I feel like I lucked out by calling daily to check the progress and I was able to buy the car. It would have been easier to let me put a downpayment and to be personally notified..

I am not one to trust big car dealerships (who does? And Melvin definitely broke that stereotype and lived experience. He was kind, helpful, attentive and honest during the transaction. He worked with us on a timeline and some specific requests. The one price guarantee at times was a bit frustrating—I kept trying to find a way to get the price down and the dealership stood firm on the price. Very happy with the car and Melvin’s professionalism.

Easy buying experience
Adam and Melvin recently helped us buy our new Odyssey; Adam gave me a fair up-front quote with no hidden costs, and once we were at the dealership, Melvin helped us through the paperwork. We were up front about wanting a quick and painless buying experience, and they delivered, putting minimal pressure on us as far as upselling went (which I highly appreciated). They were both super friendly and helpful, kind to my small kids, and got us out in a very reasonable amount of time. I'd recommend them and Beaverton Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

I had been looking around to find the perfect vehicle to replace my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and found not only the perfect vehicle but the perfect car buying experience with Kyle at Beaverton Honda! I ended up finding a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition in white plus they gave me more than I anticipated for my trade. Kyle had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was in and out in less than an hour! I also had an amazing experience with the Honda parts department. I a lift put on before I took the car home and Ron, Parts Manager, went out of his way to get the parts here by the next day! Everyone at Beaverton Honda is so amazing from the Sales department to the Service department and made the entire experience stress free. I went to Beaverton Honda as a first-time car buyer, and was very fortunate that Jon Stevens was the first salesperson to approach me. The whole experience was relatively painless, and even when negotiations with the financial guy got a little irksome, I felt like Jon was on my side. He got me the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I certainly learned some things about buying a car in the future, but I would definitely go back to Beaverton Honda.

We are new to Portland, moved from the beautiful California Napa Valley 3 years ago this summer. I attempted to get to work every day of last years Snow-oppolis, and made it all but the last day when it was icy. However, the driving was a challenge to this California girl. I vowed then, that I would have a 4WD vehicle before the next winter. That being said, I am a "height-challenged" person, presently 4'11" and shrinking as I age. I was interested in the Honda CRV, it has an excellent safety rating, so my husband and I stopped at your dealership a couple of weeks ago to learn all about the vehicle. Sebastian answered every questions we could think of for over an hour. We heard about all the options, and estimated how much money it would cost. But I refrained from driving it, because I had not saved enough money yet. Well, I had to come last Saturday and see if "it fit". Met Mirna on her first day of work, and she took us for a test drive. It was a Heavenly vehicle, with everything a girl could hope for. It was an easy sell for Mirna, because Sebastian had answered all our questions already! We learned about her while we waited for the finance guys to work their magic, and two things occurred. She agreed to consider a career in nursing (both my husband and I are RNs) and she revealed it was her first day as a US Citizen. Congratulations to our new American!!! Since Mirna was new to this dealership, a young Tigard man named Kyle provided his expertise at getting the vehicle ready to roll. There was a little difficult getting my phone to hook to the blue tooth, and out came Big John - what a delight. If I could, I would have brought him home with me just to enjoy his soothing voice and calm demeanor. Oh, and I named my car "Azi". Yes, I name ALL my vehicles, doesn't everyone? It is after Linda Azrak, your young, bubbly "finance lady". You see, Azi's color is Mountain Air, which is a lovely shade of blue - and Azrak is Syrian for blue. I went into Honda not expecting to buy at car at all. I had a subaru and was happy with it, but after my visit i was impressed with how thorough Jon Stevens was with what I was looking for in a new car. We bought our 2014 Honda Accord EX in December 2013. Now that it has been a month with the new car, we can confirm that this is a wonderful car. Quiet, smooth ride, wonderful features, and nice looking vehicle. We were referred to Jon Stevens of Beaverton Honda by another DEALER, and now we can understand why. He is truly a nice gentleman, not pushy at all, providing good technical knowledge and just a pleasant shepherding approach to guiding us along the path of choosing a vehicle right for us. Jon should be nicknamed the Gentle Giant. He was also extremely patient with our detailed questions. I bought a new Civic in 2006 and also had a truly pleasurable experience with the sales associate I dealt with then as well. Thanks to this dealership for their service and highest quality, yet fairly priced, vehicles.

Worked with Jon who came out to help me while I was checking out used cars on the lot. They didn't have what I was looking for so he sat down with me for at least 45 minutes to look online at what other Honda dealers had that they would be able to assist me with. When I decided to buy a new Honda, he never pressured me and made sure I knew everything about the process. He even took the time to email me multiple times during the day when I had questions about particular cars on the lot. If you go to Beaverton Honda, ask for Jon Stevens (AKA - Big Jon). He will treat you with respect and make sure that you get a good deal on your car.

Ty is more of a problem solver than a salesman. He listened carefully, worked hard to find us the right car, and never pressured us. And we're slow, so that couldn't have been easy for him. After the deal was done, when he had nothing to gain, he went above and beyond to make the final steps painless, including coming to my house to get documents signed. He even brought a thoughtful gift. My daughter would like me to add that he gets five stars from her as well because, "He brought me a Capri-Sun and a cookie." Wanted to say thanks to Eric. I just bought a new CRV form Beaverton Honda and Eric was a big help. My wife wanted a specific color that was not in stock but Eric was able to find one that was being delivered to them in a few weeks. We looked at a similar model that was on the lot and Eric showed us all the options we would be getting in our vehicle. Eric also went over all of the extra warranties and add ons we could get. He helped us put together a nice package with the extended warranty, the 3yr maintenance plan and the X-PEL clearcoat paint protection. Brought my car in to be detailed and they destroyed my
Brought my car in to be detailed and they destroyed my car seats and returned the car to me with white cleaner residue literally everywhere. Not to mention the took my floor mats. I brought it back to be fixed since the car was so disgusting. They managed to clean off most of the residue from the cleaner but they didn’t do anything to the seats. Now even weeks later if I try to wipe down my seats with a wet rag the detergent that they left in there bubbles up and foams. Any little drop of water from the rain leaves marks on the seats from all the detergent. It’s disgusting. And they basically told me, to bad there is nothing we can do. It’s just ridiculous that you bring a car in for a detail and get it back looking worse than it did before. Now I’m looking at having to pay $2500 to have my seats redone. But I guess at least they found my floor mats and gave them back to me. I have been bringing my car here since I bought it at the end of 2015, the service has been declining since 2020 and this was just the xxxx show to top it all off. so after 7+ years as a customer I don’t think I will ever go back. I also don’t recommend that anyone Else go here for service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Beaverton Honda, boy was that a huge mistake. Not only were the sales personnel sleazy AF in sliding extra expenses into my contract. But after I caught the issue it took their team OVER A WEEK to return my calls that were made DAILY. the screw you on cancelation items by charging you $50 per cancelation on a service that was NEVER wanted in the first place. By far one of the worst experiences I've had when purchasing a vehicle.

Manny Madrigal did an excellent job leading me through the car buying process. We love the CR-V Honda EX --The new sonic gray pearl is beautiful. Manny explained the processes and seemed genuinely determined to make me comfortable and satisfied with the car buying experience. I had contact with through the internet initially. I found this service helpful. They were very speedy getting back to me when I would contact them. I must say it put more pressure on me to keep in steady contact in order see when the car I had seen in transit would arrive. I feel like I lucked out by calling daily to check the progress and I was able to buy the car. It would have been easier to let me put a downpayment and to be personally notified..

Been in sales for +10 years but never seen unprofessional (lack of product knowledge) and impolite sales team like this. Think COVID and limited supply changed attitudes of dealerships how they treat customers. Needs better training.

JC had reached out me regarding New2022 Honda CRV Hybrid. I visited showroom and they had my credit history which was less and asked me to do the down payment of 9k but parallel ​they worked with other customer and closed the deal. at least they have to wait for my loan approval/my decision. This is very very bad experience for me. I went with my wife and my small kid and expected to take the vehicle with me. Completely waste of my time. ​JC's manager Evan promised me that he is going to get a new car from another dealer soon but not sure how that will work. I will revert on this review if I get justification from them.

6/21/2021 Beaverton Honda admitted fault that the oil change preformed there resulted in my engine seizing and damaging it. It was a 2014 Honda CR-Z that only had 15,300 original miles on it. After stressfully going back in forth with them for a week trying to figure what they were going to do, I decided to sell them the vehicle. It was never going to be the same as before and I did not trust them to do a good job by replacing the engine. I want to state that I never write reviews, but after 14 months it still bothers me what happened. As stupid as it sounds, this event negatively changed my life. While I was dealing with this my 16 year old dog was sick and 8 days later she had to be euthanized. This event also changed my goals financially. It was my dream to own that car and I would’ve kept that car for years to come. My family have always bought Honda vehicles over the years. I personally have only owned Hondas, 4 to be exact. After this event, not only will I never go to this dealership again, I’ll never buy another Honda in my life. Now, the dealership review team will probably follow up on my comment here and try to show like they care. P.S. They offered to purchase for $10,000 when I was being very, very, very fair and asking $11,500. They finally offered the $11,500. Saw that they listed it shortly after for $15k and then listed it again about 10 months later for around $19k. Nice.

I had been looking around to find the perfect vehicle to replace my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and found not only the perfect vehicle but the perfect car buying experience with Kyle at Beaverton Honda! I ended up finding a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition in white plus they gave me more than I anticipated for my trade. Kyle had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was in and out in less than an hour! I also had an amazing experience with the Honda parts department. I a lift put on before I took the car home and Ron, Parts Manager, went out of his way to get the parts here by the next day! Everyone at Beaverton Honda is so amazing from the Sales department to the Service department and made the entire experience stress free.
